MEMBERSHIP

How much does membership cost & what's included in the price?


Membership is ONLY £20 per month and gives you access to ALL the content including digital download, business templates and video trainings as well as FREE entrance to monthly masterclasses, member events and question time.




Is there a contract?


No! You can sign up and cancel at any time, however you will miss out on monthly events, masterclasses and question time the following month if you do cancel your membership.




What happens if I don't use my membership?


You are free to cancel your membership at any time, obviously I would be sad to see you go, but understand the membership might not be right for everybody. Unfortunatley I am unable to process any refunds for unused memberships.




Who can become a member?


The Commerce Club has been designed for retail business owners & entrepreneurs, however ANYONE with an interest in learning about the retail industry is more than welcome to join. The membership could also be of benefit to fashion and retail students.




What's your refund policy?


I completley understand that on some occasions you may have accidently clicked the wrong button and signed up for something you didn't mean to. If this has happened please let me know within 24hours of the payment being processed so I can process you a refund. Please note your refund will be processed minus transaction fees. After 24 hours of payments going through please note as per terms and conditions I have the right to charge a £10 admin fee for any refunds requested after this time. How often will I be charged?


You will be charged on a rolling monthly basis from the date you sign up.




Is membership for businesses or individuals?


Both! If you already have a business and you are using the membership to improve your skills and knowledge it's worth signing up through your business. If you are in the UK check the gov website to see if you can claim as a business cost: https://www.gov.uk/expenses-if-youre-self-employed/training-courses If you don't have a business set up yet, you can still join and get access to everything no problem.




How long is the membership?


There's no time limit on this membership - you can sign up and stay for as long as you want!

Why should I join The Commerce Club?


If you are looking for support in your business or want a business mentor, but do not want to invest this is an amazing affordable option for you! Joining The Commerce Club gives you access to pretty much everything you could ever want to know about retail including how to take your idea and turn it in to reality, how to set up your business, how to launch your business and how to level up once launched. You will also be joining a community of like-minded individuals and hopefully find yourself some new business besties! You will gain access to business templates to the same standard used in major retailers! PLUS you can join me for chats and some fun in monthly masterclasses, member networking events and question times!




Will I get personalised 1-1 mentoring or feedback?


Unfortunatley no, 1-1 mentoring is not included in the price. The idea behind the membership is that I have created content for you to cover all the questions and problems that you might be facing and you can access these at your leisure. You will however have the chance to ask questions and get generic feedback from me through the members question forum, masterclasses and member events! I do offer 1-1 mentoring programmes though and one off consultancy calls, which you can book seperatley on my website here: https://www.byrcollective.com/retail-consultancy-services




How will the masterclasses, question time and events work?


I will be getting members feedback every month on what topics they are keen to cover further so I can create masterclass content specifically for you guys! Events will be listed on the members home page for you to sign up to. Once we have a big enough community I will also host some member networking events so we can all get to know each other a bit better and make some business besties. Question times will be run through a forum so all members can see and find answers to/comment on the same questions, then I will dedicate time each month to get back to you.
