THE COMMERCE CLUB TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Before you sign up the The Commerce Club, I do need to make you aware of the terms of your membership, for your own protection as well as mine :)

Don't worry it's pretty straight forward...​

The Commerce Club Membership is £20 per month.  

This is a rolling contract until you cancel, you are free to cancel your membership at any time.

First months payment will be taken when you sign up.

Following monthly payments will be automatically debited on the same date every month as per your initial order.

​If you do wish to cancel your membership (we will miss you, but we get it), please log in to your member area, click on my subscriptions where you can amend your membership settings. Please make sure you do this before your next payment is due.

If you has mistakenly purchased a membership and would like a refund please let us know within 24 hours. We will need to deduct transaction fees from your refund which will be 10% of membership price. Example: If you paid £20 you would receive an £18 refund. 

 

Refunds requested after 24 hour are given at BYRCOLLECTIVE's discretion and we have the right to charge a £10 admin fee. This includes refunds requested due to failing to cancel before the payment renewal date.

 

If at any point you wish to take a break from membership you will need to cancel and then re-subscribe.

 

Members must be respectful to myself and other members, disrespect, threatening behavior or bullying of any kind will not be tolerated. If in the unlikely event this happens you will be blocked from the members portal and will not be issued with a refund of your membership.

Membership pricing will be subject to review every 6 months, you will be notified of any changes to your plan if anything does change.
